What exactly does a scan do?
A scan puts hundreds of real patient-style questions — built around your procedures and locations — to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok with live web search on. Every answer is measured: were you mentioned, at what rank, in what tone, and who was recommended instead. That becomes your report.
How is this different from SEO?
SEO optimises for Google's results page. opgo measures and improves how AI assistants answer — a different mechanism with different sources, where being cited and structured for AI crawlers matters more than backlinks. The patients you're losing to it never see a results page at all.
Do I need to install anything?
No. opgo is fully hosted — sign up, tell us about your practice, run a scan. The audit reads your public website the way AI crawlers do; nothing is installed on your site.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no lock-in. Cancel in Settings and your plan simply runs to the end of the paid period.
